Geoffrey Gates

Geoffrey Gates recently graduated from Western Sydney University with a Doctor of Creative Arts (2023). His dissertation included an exegesis which compared works exploring Australian and Catalan artists in fiction, art biography and the literary hoax, within the framework on Susan Stanford Friedman’s concept of 'collage'. Geoffrey's short stories have appeared in such journals as Southerly and LINQ. Published essays include essays in Children's Literature in Education, Inmaterial and Cambridge Scholars Publishing.
