Michael Uniacke

Michael Uniacke writes frequently on topics relating to disability, deafness and hearing impaiment. He has worked as an editor and subeditor for a variety of publications, and as a blogger and memoirist. He has published Deafness Down, a memoir on growing up deaf, and Deafness Gain, on coming to terms with deafness. He contributed to Surgically Shaping Children, Gallaudet University Press, 2006.
