Breda Carty

Breda Carty is an Adjunct Fellow at Macquarie University. She was the C. H. Currey Fellow at the State Library of NSW in 2017, and is on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Deaf Studies and Deaf Education. Her book Managing Their Own Affairs: The Australian Deaf Community During the 1920s and 1930s was published by Gallaudet University Press in 2018.
