Abstract
Professor Thomson's collection of Critical Essays on Kenneth Slessor falls into three parts: two new articles, one by the editor and another by him in collaboration with Bev Sherry; a selection of critical studies from a twenty year period, 1944- 1964; and five essays by Slessor covering the years 1931-1955, which are rather curiously included considering the title of the book.
